Stephen Hazen, Sales Director at Oxford Partners, quickly and efficiently took all the information needed to pair us with the ideal broker in the firm for our needs, Douglas Hale (“D.J.”). Without delay, Steve and D.J. sat down with me and discussed our church’s needs, the state of the commercial market, and a presentation on currently available properties within our target search area and budget. Their entire approach was warm, friendly, efficient, and no-pressure. Through the next several months, D.J. Hale found us several promising properties both publicly listed and otherwise.
