Ian earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, cum laude, and a minor in Business Administration and Management, summa cum laude, from Texas A&M University. Before entering real estate, he completed clinical research at Brooke Army Medical Center and contributed to Medical Bridges, building a foundation in research discipline, operational detail, and high-stakes problem solving.

His first move into real estate was at Corcoran Prestige Realty, where he closed approximately 18 transactions in his first six months. Managing high client volume under compressed timelines sharpened his ability to track multiple active relationships simultaneously without losing detail or momentum on any one of them.

At Oxford, he represents active clients pursuing opportunities across Houston. A recent transaction demonstrated both the complexity and the speed the role demands: A client navigating a holdover deadline needed a lease executed in under three weeks, and working with Oxford’s senior team, he evaluated the contract, aligned on terms, and closed on time.

He keeps clients informed consistently throughout each transaction, managing the distinct requirements, timelines, and decision-makers across multiple active engagements with precision and follow-through.
