Melissa Graske brings more than 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a career that reflects both breadth and depth across property management, development, and brokerage support. She began in property management with Crescent Real Estate Equities, where she gained a strong foundation in operations and client service before advancing to McCord Development as a property manager.

Melissa later transitioned into brokerage support with Grubb & Ellis, where she spent over eight years working primarily in the industrial sector, followed by five years with NewQuest. Her career also includes roles with Newmark and TNRG, further solidifying her expertise in complex commercial transactions.

She guides clients and brokers through every stage of the deal process. From initial property research to documentation, compliance, scheduling, financial tracking, and closing, she ensures each transaction is managed with accuracy and efficiency. Melissa is recognized for her meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to streamline processes in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Her approach emphasizes flexibility and problem-solving, recognizing that each transaction presents unique challenges. She prioritizes building positive relationships across the industry and believes in maintaining professionalism and collaboration at all times to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
