A native Houstonian, Paul’s career spans multiple industries, beginning in telecommunications, where he spent nearly a decade at Logix Fiber Networks managing enterprise accounts and leading high-performing sales teams. He later served in senior roles with AT&T and Ezee Fiber, where he oversaw commercial sales strategy for large corporate clients. This experience gave him deep insight into the infrastructure, operational, and logistical needs that shape modern workplaces. He applies this background to advising tenants across Houston’s evolving office and industrial markets.

Paul’s transition into real estate grew from a long-standing interest in the field and a desire for a performance-driven career path. Since joining Oxford, he has completed multiple transactions, including a 5,500 square foot office relocation for a managed IT company and a law firm lease renewal. He works closely with mentor D. J. Hale and collaborates with the Oxford team to deliver service grounded in preparation, transparency, and client advocacy.

Paul holds an MBA from the University of Houston’s C. T. Bauer College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. His academic background sharpened his analytical thinking and negotiation skills, which continue to shape his client-first approach.

An active member of the Houston business community, Paul values Oxford’s culture of mentorship and teamwork. His outlook for the region’s commercial real estate market remains optimistic as continued corporate migration and industrial growth strengthen Houston’s position as one of the most dynamic business environments in the country.
