Stephen Golding | Senior Vice President
He earned his degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where he studied finance and marketing with a minor in organizational behavior and human resources.
Stephen ventured into real estate in 2014, partnering with Bernell & Associates, where he co-syndicated and operated a portfolio of industrial and mixed-use properties. He was responsible for 900,000 square feet of the portfolio, including leasing, property management, budgeting, and capital project execution. He played a key role in increasing net operating income across assets through active management and repositioning strategies.
He later founded Riverbend Commercial Real Estate, where he serves as President and Broker of Record, advising on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions across industrial, retail, office, and medical sectors. Since 2020, he has also served as Partner and Asset Manager at Golding Haimsohn Real Estate, overseeing a multi-market portfolio of medical office and retail assets across Houston, Denver, and Phoenix on behalf of private ownership groups.
Stephen has experience in syndication, capital raising, and underwriting, and he actively invests in commercial real estate. His work includes repositioning underperforming assets, executing leasing strategies, and managing financial performance across diverse portfolios.
At Oxford Partners, Stephen operates collaboratively while maintaining his independent platform. He contributes investment insight, underwriting expertise, and operational perspective to support deal evaluation and identify acquisition opportunities. He also participates in select tenant and leasing assignments aligned with the firm’s client needs.
His approach emphasizes practical decision-making, clear communication, and aligning real estate strategy with operational and financial objectives.
Stephen sees Houston as a compelling growth market, particularly across the industrial and medical sectors. Industrial demand continues to show strength, supported by population growth, port activity, and supply chain evolution. Medical office and medtail assets continue to benefit from long-term demographic trends and the shift toward outpatient care.
