Steve White is the Founder of Oxford Partners, a commercial real estate firm built on the principles of ethical representation, entrepreneurial growth, and client-focused service. Since founding the company in Dallas in 1997, Steve has dedicated his career to training and empowering commercial advisors, helping them build sustainable businesses while delivering exceptional outcomes for tenants and buyers.

Steve began his real estate career in 1972, following earlier studies in journalism and earning his law degree. He worked with several respected Texas firms before launching Oxford, where he saw the opportunity to focus exclusively on tenant representation. This model offered both strong client alignment and predictable transaction cycles.

Over the past two decades, Steve has recruited and mentored dozens of successful agents by instilling a simple but powerful system. He teaches people how to consistently get in front of qualified prospects and negotiate on behalf of clients as if the transaction were their own.

He attributes Oxford’s growth to a clear focus on character and capability. Steve looks for entrepreneurial individuals with drive, integrity, and a strong sense of personal responsibility, then provides them with the tools and guidance to thrive.

Today, Oxford operates from its Houston headquarters with a growing national footprint. Steve continues to be deeply involved in mentorship and company direction, especially as Oxford expands into new markets such as Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. He remains committed to client advocacy, transparency, and building a platform where people and performance come first.
