Trey Martin is Executive Vice President at Oxford Partners, where he focuses on office and industrial tenant representation across the Greater Houston market. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience and over $900 million in closed transactions, Trey brings his clients extensive market knowledge, a disciplined negotiation strategy, and a proven successful track record assuring that each client’s real estate requirements are customized to match their business needs and financial objectives.

Trey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Business Management from Texas State University. He launched his real estate career at United Dominion Realty Trust, a publicly traded multifamily REIT, where he completed an executive training program spanning property operations, leasing, and corporate operations. That foundation gave him a ground-level understanding of how real estate decisions affect business performance at every level of an organization. He entered commercial brokerage in 2005 and joined Partners Real Estate, where he built his practice over two decades.

His work began in office tenant representation and expanded over time as client relationships deepened. Clients who initially engaged Trey for office leases returned to him for acquisitions/dispositions of investment properties, and land transactions. That evolution reflects both the trust he builds with clients and his fluency across multiple asset types. Notable work includes a series of land investment transactions along major Houston-area corridors, as well as long-term advisory relationships with clients managing office, industrial, and investment real estate holdings throughout the region.

Trey formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association, where he contributed to professional development and industry engagement within the Houston brokerage community.

Trey places a high value on customer service, and his core focus is on representing his client’s best interests throughout the entire transaction process.

Trey is a native Houstonian and a member of Ducks Unlimited and the Coastal Conservation Association. He remains optimistic about Houston’s commercial real estate outlook, pointing to an increased population growth, expanding industry, and a strong long-term demand across office, industrial, and land properties.
