OUR TEAM

Vincent Vega | Vice President

Vincent Vega’s journey into commercial real estate began with a desire for independence, growth, and a career he could fully own. After earning a business management degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Vincent started his professional career at PepsiCo in Outside Sales. While the role offered valuable experience, Vincent quickly realized he wanted more control over his path, growth opportunities, and a career aligned with his entrepreneurial spirit.

In 2019, Vincent joined Oxford Partners, a pivotal moment that allowed him to enter commercial real estate. At just 24, he faced the challenges of transitioning into a commission-only role while starting his career amidst the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. “If it’s going to be tough, it might as well be as tough as possible,” Vincent recalls, a sentiment that speaks to his determination and resilience.

Over the past five years, Vincent has carved out his place as a top performer in office tenant representation. His accomplishments include serving as the primary broker for statewide and national companies navigating the Houston and Texas markets. Vincent has closed multiple 10,000+ SF Class A office leases and continues to build a strong client portfolio that spans industries such as law, healthcare, and building restoration services. In 2026, he was recognized as a Connect CRE Next Gen Award recipient.

Vincent’s combination of energy, maturity, and client-focused service sets him apart. Despite being a younger broker, Vincent’s confidence and knowledge of the market enable him to connect with decision-makers — CEOs and business owners alike —earning their trust and delivering results. “I let my experience and market knowledge speak for itself,” he says, emphasizing the value he brings to his clients through responsiveness, hard work, and personalized attention.

As Vincent’s career continues to evolve, he recently embraced a leadership role, mentoring junior agents and sharing the skills and insights he’s gained. He sees this as the next phase of his professional growth, reinforcing Oxford’s culture of collaboration and development.

Vincent credits Oxford Partners for providing the support and opportunity to grow, noting the firm’s honesty, hunger for progress, and innovative mindset. “Every year, it gets better,” Vincent says, reflecting on his personal trajectory and Oxford’s organizational success.

From navigating uncertainty to building a reputation as a trusted advisor, Vincent Vega’s story demonstrates determination and a relentless commitment to his clients and future.
